Communities and schools must work together to build great schools! Public School Partners understands the valuable input that community stakeholders have and want to share for our schools.  Community engagement is a cornerstone practice that sets the foundation for public and private industry partnerships and business and industry skill identification.  Focus Groups, Summits, Online surveys for Industry and Business, and Stakeholder input will be conducted, and stakeholder participation will inform instructional outcomes.

Create a Strategic Plan and Cultural Tenets laying the foundation for a school culture shift that reimagines learning. 

Education Plan/Academic model

Learning Framework: 

Develop a community-designed, personalized learning framework founded in instructional best practices that clearly defines protocols for creating rigor and high-quality instruction to meet the needs of all students. 

Curriculum and Assessment:

Provide professional development where educators learn to scaffold the standards, align resources and assessments, create experiences that are engaging, culturally relevant, and ignite personal interests and passion for learning.  

Governance, Operating Plan, and Capacity

Staffing Plans, Hiring, Management, and Evaluation:

Evaluate candidates for an organization using written and verbal responses combined with a challenge-based working interview. Candidates are assessed using a rubric resulting in strong staff that is well-suited to meeting campus and district expectations and culture for improving student outcomes. 

Professional Learning Plan:

Support educators with individualized, evidenced-based coaching at all levels of the school (teachers, coaches, administrators) creating sustainability and growth documented in the coaching data platform, eSuite in the coaching app, eGrowe coach. 

Financial Planning

Ensure sound financial systems are and will remain in place throughout the duration of the program.  PSP has expertise in successfully providing high-quality management of financial resources in public school systems. 

Prepare, develop, and execute school budget(s), including surveying the community in the budgeting process, attend budget hearings, and reviewing reports currently utilized by districts.

Align the budget with the proposed systems designs, education plans, and academic model, and operating plan.
